We had the absolute best time and the best weather for a night of high energy and exciting routines. From the get-go, the athletes pushed the tempo with great attitudes. We love mixing up these nights and enjoy seeing the dynamics of both entry-level runners and those setting records attending. It was great to see the gentlemen from SA Tag Rugby warming up their legs with us during our training. Plus, why not have a performance involved and get a sneak peek at our friend from BMW Cape Town City pulling up to the night?
